CafeLand - UBND tỉnh Lào Cai vừa có văn bản báo cáo về những nội dung phản ánh của báo chí liên quan đến dự án Tiểu khu đô thị số 17, khu đô thị mới Lào Cai - Cam Đường (tên thương mại Khu đô thị Kosy Mountain View

Thời gian qua một số bài báo đề cập đến những sai phạm của dự án Khu đô thị Kosy Mountain View do Công ty cổ phần đầu Kosy làm chủ đầu tư. Trong đó phản ánh Khu đô thị Kosy Mountain View được xác định là dự án nhà ở thương mại, không thuộc đối tượng nhà nước thu hồi đất, không có Nghị quyết của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh thông qua danh mục dự án được nhà nước thu hồi đất.

Trong văn bản báo cáo Chính phủ của UBND tỉnh Lào Cai nêu rõ, dự án tiểu khu đô thị số 17 là dự án khu đô thị mới, thuộc đối tượng nhà nước thu hồi đất.

Quá trình giải phóng mặt bằng thực hiện dự án có ảnh hưởng đến 197 hộ dân. Đến nay, UBND thành phố Lào Cai đã phê duyệt kinh phí bồi thường, thu hồi đất của 185/197 hộ; đã bố trí tái định cư cho 248 hộ. Một số hộ dân chưa đồng thuận đã có đơn khởi kiện ra Tòa hành chính các cấp, gồm 05 vụ đã xét xử. Các hộ dân khởi kiện đề nghị hủy các quyết định thu hồi đất và quyết định phê duyệt phương án chi tiết về bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư; yêu cầu phải thực hiện thỏa thuận bồi thường với các hộ dân.

Sau khi thụ lý hồ sơ, Tòa án các cấp đã có các bản án bác toàn bộ các đơn khởi kiện, tuyên xử việc nhà nước thu hồi đất là hoàn toàn đúng quy định của pháp luật.
